Where it all began.
From 18-25!
So, 12 years ago I started gathering experience running front and back of house operations, mainly in Corporate Hospitality.
Whilst freelancing as a Project Coordinator across London and the UK, I set up a business called Events By Finesse after realising my desire to create and manage bespoke events from the get go.
This included end-to-end wedding planning, bespoke private parties and a prop hire service.
Alongside this I worked as the Events and Operations Manager at an event agency in Fulham, London handling projects such as Bar Mitzvah's. Weddings and Corporate Events.
Back to the Shire.
25 - 30- I know right!!!
Post pandemic, after experiencing what most within the industry did, I had to get a job in another market, so I chose HR and it was not for me! But needs must as we patiently waiting for the industry to rekindle.

I moved back to my home county of Shropshire starting my sales jounrney at a small venue and I now work full time alongside JBE as a Business Development Manager at THE NEC in B'ham selling large spaces for trade shows, exhibitions, filming and sport events which is.

Of course the love of my owning a business and planning perfect events was never going to leave me so when my friend Jade asked me to coordinate her bossess wedding with my experience, the spark reignited and JBE was born 3 years ago begin with On the Day Coordination and Full Wedding Planning for couple in Shropshire and surrounding.

I really believe that weddings should be full of a couples personalities in the atmosphere that they desire, so I would say my style isn't too prim!

I can work with a range of budgets and most timescales with as many calls/meetings as we need to get things perfect.
